resourcefulness.&nbsp;</li>\\n</ul>\\n\\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\\n\\n<h2>What do you need?&nbsp;</h2>\\n\\n<ul>\\n\\t<li>5+ years of experience as a Director of marketing at a b2c startup, ideally at high-growth startups with revenue above $10MM annually, and yearly marketing budget of at least $2m.&nbsp;</li>\\n\\t<li>Ideally you joined a startup at an early stage and helped build a very successful brand.</li>\\n\\t<li>Proven track record of building and running a marketing team, including search, content, email, apps, and offline.</li>\\n\\t<li>Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience using analytics to drive growth and retention.</li>\\n</ul>\\n\\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\\n\\n<p>This role comes with a competitive salary and equity and will be highly influential in the
